Goodman Place

DGS is continuing Project Management activities at 17 Goodman Place, Murarrie for Goodman Unit Trust. DGS has now overseen the completion of earthworks and shotcrete retaining walls and is continuing to manage the completion of the crib retaining walls.

Upon completion, the Goodman Place site will include over 25,000m2 of net developable area, zoned for General Industry, in Brisbane's core industrial precinct. The site boasts excellent exposure to the Gateway Motorway and poses a unique development opportunity. DGS, on behalf of the owners, are looking at a numerous development and sale prospects including speculative office/warehouse development, design and construct options, and a vacant land sale.
