Final construction on Kingaroy Town Centre will be completed in May 2008. Kingaroy Town Centre will be Kingaroy's only other major retail centre. Kingaroy and the surrounding catchment have experience significance growth and predictions show this trend will continue.
The retail centre is anchored by a SUPA IGA (2,200m2) and supported by a second retail building (2400m2). Dollars & Sense has expanded its stores and is a confirmed tenant for the second retail building. SUPA IGA will be opening for trade in early May.
Around 1600m2 of leasing space remains available within the second retail building. Incentives include rent free periods, fitout contributions and competitive rates. A range of tenancy mixes are sought including a café (100m2) and specialty tenants with a minimum area of 300m2.
