DGS has purchased a 6400m2 parcel of land incorporating 5 lots at Rogers Drive, Kingaroy. The Development Application for a proposed Bulky Goods Centre has been approved by South Burnett Regional Council.

The application has been approved for a 2500m2 Retail Showroom and Cafe` Complex. The tenancies sizes identified at present range from 200m2 – 800m2 for the showrooms and a 85m2 Cafe with 35m2 of outdoor dining. We would however change the internal layout to suit tenancy requirements.

We are seeking a variety of uses for the complex including industrial retailers (eg. carpet, tiles, flooring, camping); general retailing (sporting, furniture); light industry (warehousing/ storage) or alternatively sales, display and hire (eg. cars, boating, equipment). The site is surrounded by the existing Mitre 10, and opposite the now under construction Harvey Norman site.
