DGS has purchased a 6400m2 parcel of land incorporating 5 lots at Rogers Drive, Kingaroy. The Development Application for a proposed Bulky Goods Centre has been approved by South Burnett Regional Council.

The application has been approved for a 2500m2 Retail Showroom and Cafe` Complex. The tenancies sizes identified at present range from 200m2 – 800m2 for the showrooms and a 85m2 Cafe with 35m2 of outdoor dining. These dimensions can be modified to suit any tenancy requirements.
