- Kingaroy Town Centre is now fully leased with the opening of Target Country on 29 April 2009.
- Development Application for a Bulky Goods Retail Centre approved at Kingaroy, Rogers Drive.
- Development Application for 24 Hour Gym at Waterford Village approved in May 2010.
- Waterford Village now 80% leased.
- SunGATE Masterplan Application was approved on the 24th December 2009. DGS are now in the process of negotiating particular conditions with Council for the benefit of all interested parties.
