Lytton Rd
DGS has recently completed the project management of an exciting Development at Lytton Rd in Murrarie on behalf of the property owners. The project comprised the following components:
- 5 residential house sites ranging in size from 350 m2 to 500 m2.
- A townhouse development with its own access from Mingoola st comprising 13 townhouses overlooking the nature reserve and parkland. DGS obtained Development Approval for the townhouse site as part of its work on behalf of the client.
- 4 industrial blocks of land (approximately 2,000 m2 each) in the absolute heart of the Trade Coast Precinct and directly across from the award winning Metroplex development. The sites are flat, flood free, with all services connections available at the boundary.
- Civil and Landscaping work was completed at the end of 2006 in accordance with the construction programme. This work included and internal roads, services and reshaping and protecting the waterway. New trees, shrubs and turf will be planted to create a meaningful open space that will add value to the surrounding area. In addition a new landscaped 3000m2 park with childrens' play furniture and barbeque area is also included.
