Jason Dukes B Eng (Civil) (Managing Director)

Jason is the managing director of the company and is responsible for the day to day management of the company, including the delivery of the companies existing projects and sourcing new opportunities for the company.

Jason has a background in Civil Engineering, Project Management and Property Development.  Jason has over 10 years experience in property and has been involved in Retail / Commercial and Industrial projects and was most recently development manager for FKP responsible for the companies Industrial acquisitions and developments in QLD.

Jason is the point of contact for the company and he also has the depth of experience to draw upon from his fellow directors.

 

Peter Gartshore B Com (Director)

Peter Gartshore is a Director/ Trustee of a number of companies and trusts.

Peter is a Company Director with 34 years of experience in private enterprise covering the Building & Construction, Property Development, Automotive and Agricultural Industries.

He has extensive experience in Industrial & Commercial Property, Retailing & Manufacturing.  He has been Managing Director of the Big Country Group which has grown as a family based group over many years.

One of his main interests is property and hence the involvement with DGS  Property Group Pty Ltd.

 

Neil Summerson B Com, FCA, FAICD, FAIM (Director)

Neil Summerson is a Chartered Accountant with 35 years experience, and a past Chairman of the Queensland branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was formerly the Queensland Managing Partner of Ernst & Young. He is a director of the Bank of Queensland, Leyshon Corporation Ltd, AmerAlia Inc, The Wesley Research Institute Ltd, Brisbane City Enterprises Ltd and Australian Made Campaign Ltd. He is Chairman of the Brisbane Water Board, and PQ Lifestyles Limited.

 

Kieran Gartshore BBus BLaw (Project Manager)

Kieran has a dual degree in Business and Law. He has found a passion for property development and specifically in the delivering and management of projects.

Kieran successfully managed the smooth delivery of the construction programmes for Kingaroy Town Centre,
Telstra Toowoomba and Goodman Place and will be responsible for the SunGATE Retail Centre, Rogers Dr Kingaroy and Marsden Convenience Centre over the coming year. Kieran is currently undertaking further studies to obtain qualifications in contract administration.

 

James Colling (Cadet – Property Development)

James is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Property Economics majoring in Banking and Finance at QUT. He has taken a special interest in the property development process, specifically overseeing the life of a project for the reward of the finished product. James joins DGS in a role sees him assisting the Managing Director with the day to day matters of running the company and assisting the Project Manager with property management work at Kingaroy and Rocklea and project marketing for all projects.
