DGS purchased a series of nine (9) Industrial Units located at 29 Collinsvale Street in Rocklea. All of the units are available on their own individual title. This property is strategically located in the Industrial heartland of the Western suburbs of Brisbane with direct access to the Ipswich Motorway in both directions.

Six units have now been sold with Unit 4 going unconditional in early March 2009. We currently have Units 2 and 9 available which has a total size of 343m2 and 660m2 respectively.
