Tingalpa - Completed Project

DGS acquired a 1693 m2 freestanding industrial building on freehold title at 20 Proprietry St in Tingalpa.  A breakdown of the space available is warehouse 1209 m2 office 227 m2 mezzanine storage 259 m2.

The property was sold again following on from refurbishments in October 2006.
